Dracut High School

Dracut High School required immediate classroom space for its growing student enrollment. Triumph provided the school with a modular building consisting of 4 classrooms equipped with white boards and tack boards. The new building was connected to the existing building structure by an 8x10 connector. The new building features custom burgundy hardie panel exterior to complement the existing building's exterior.

The building was craned in place due to a ledge and sloped landscape and set on piers with a foundation wall. A bituminous concrete walkway was created from connector egress to the building stairs. The stairs were set as high as 10'-12' from grade.
