Bristol Meyers Squibb's Construction Project

The site at Devens has required a combination of modular units to provide temporary space to support the Bristol Meyers Squibb's manufacturing facility construction project. Triumph Modular has provided more than 36,400 square feet of modular space for office, conference, orientation, safety, and bathroom facilities. Over a period of 12 months, Triumph has reacted to the growing need of the custom temporary space the project has demanded. The buildings are Triumph's "ProSpace" style modulars, which include T1-11 exterior siding, steel exterior doors, vinyl insulated windows, vinyl covered gypsum interior walls, and T-Grid dropped ceilings, providing a comfortable, professional working atmosphere necessary for the extensive project. The team of Parsons Commercial Technology, Skanska USA Building Company and Triumph Modular, plan to be working together on this project for the next 5-8 years.
