Bethany Healthcare Modular Office Building

Bethany Healthcare needed additional permanent office space to house their expanding accounting department. Due to permit requirements, the Bethany Healthcare project was completed in two phases. Initially, Triumph's temporary Professional Space doublewide was installed. After permit issues were resolved, the modular building was relocated along with a new module to create a permanent three piece modular structure. Extensive site preparation was performed by Triumph prior to the relocation including tree removal, the installation of a retaining wall, foundations, poured walkway and site built ramp and steps.
