Amherst Residential Buildings

It took Triumph only four months to design and build several permanent, two-family residential buildings, including one that was handicap accessible. The homes had to meet the design criteria outlined by the surrounding community of Amherst, MA, and stay within the town's budgetary constraints.

In keeping with the community's objectives, Triumph used attractive cedar clapboard siding to match the look of nearby homes as well as high-end, low maintenance finishes throughout the interior. Triumph handled every aspect of the project from start to finish—including preparation of utility connections, driveways and landscaping of the grounds.
